EBAY SUSPENSION PROBLEMS!

Recently (well months now) my eBay account got suspended because of non-seller performance. Well I did it deliberately for a joke and now I can't get it back. I was searching through the internet and I found some sites http://ebaysuspension.ezguidebooks.com and http://www.auctionagainguide.com amongst others which looked promising but you have to pay to get the answer. I just want someone to tell me how back on eBay!
